Nikolette received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan – Flint in 2022. She has experience in outpatient care including pediatrics and neurological cases. Nikolette also has some experience in musculoskeletal cases for chronic pain. She incorporates a variety of techniques to provide an individualized and patient centered treatment including patient education and therapeutic exercises. Nikolette continues to improve and build her skills as well as knowledge in order to further help her patients.

Rohan earned his BSc in Physiotherapy from School of Physiotherapy in Sri Lanka and a Diploma in Acupuncture from the open University of Complementary Medicine in Sri Lanka. He has vast experience as a physical therapist in many different clinical settings, including acute care hospitals, sports medicine, outpatient rehab, and many others.

Rohan Believes in a holistic approach to health care and has earned certification in many different areas of complementary medicine. He is also a google-certified data analyst.

My name is Jennifer Dockery, I am a licensed Massage Therapist through Flint School of Therapeutic Massage, FSTM, and licensed through the state of Michigan. I graduated in 2009 with over 630 hours of training in Therapeutic Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. 

I specialize in Swedish Relaxation Massage on through more Therapeutic and Deep Tissue focused sessions. I also have training in Prenatal, Geriatric, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Decompression Cups and Dynamic Stretching.

Sarah Newman, NP

Sarah is a dedicated healthcare professional with a rich background in nursing and a commitment to holistic patient care. After graduating from Oakland University School of Nursing, she honed her skills over the course of more than a decade, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure environments such as the emergency room and cardiology units. Eager to expand her scope of practice, she pursued further education at The University of Michigan-Flint, earning a degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

Now, as a valued member of the Total Health Systems team, Sarah is thrilled to offer patients comprehensive care that integrates multiple modalities. Believing firmly in a holistic approach to wellness, she is passionate about empowering patients to live their best lives. Her particular focus lies in educating women going through menopause, guiding them to embrace this stage of life with vitality and confidence. 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sarah finds joy in spending time with family and friends, often bonding over shared meals that she lovingly prepares. A true artisan at heart, she also indulges in creative hobbies, ranging from woodworking to crocheting, finding fulfillment in bringing ideas to life through craftsmanship. 

Dina Monteleone, LMT

She left the therapy field in 2017 to focus solely on massage therapy to help promote healing and wellness. Dina utilizes different massage techniques to help improve mobility and decrease pain. My name is Tina Cipriano, and I am a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience working as a massage therapist in a Chiropractic setting. I graduated from the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in December of 2002. I’ve also had the opportunity to work providing massage therapy backstage for artists and their crew at several venues such as The Palace, Fox Theatre, Joe Louis Arena, and the Majestic Theatre.

I provide therapeutic massage and trigger point therapy, focusing mostly on your problem areas to provide relief and relaxation. I joined Total Health Systems in 2024 and am looking forward to helping you become pain free!

Alex Jung is a dedicated acupuncturist practicing in the Michigan area. She holds a Doctorate degree in Oriental Medicine from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, where her passion for holistic healing and traditional Asian medicine flourished.

Since 2020, Alex has been providing expert care at her acupuncture clinic, specializing in pain management, infertility, and women’s health. With a focus on merging ancient acupuncture techniques with modern approaches, Alex offers personalized treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.

During her time in Maryland, Alex worked closely with chiropractors, and later in Michigan, she collaborated with physical therapists (PT) and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), expanding the scope of care for her patients. These collaborative efforts under chiropractors in Maryland and physical therapists and DOs in Michigan reflect Alex’s commitment to comprehensive and integrative healthcare solutions.

Asia Brown, LMT

My name is Asia Brown and I graduated from Everest institute. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years. I started because my mom has arthritis and I would work on her.  She recommended that I should go to massage therapy school.   Ever since I started in this field, I have really enjoyed removing tension from the muscles and pain from the body. I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal, and aromatherapy.  I love relaxing the body.  I also love to see my clients walk out better then when they came in.

Samantha graduated from Aquinas College with her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019 and went on to complete her Master’s Degree from Trine University Physician Assistant Program in 2023. During her studies, she recognized the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the prevention and treatment of many diseases, both acute and chronic. Her main interests lie in the importance of proper nutrition, active lifestyle, stress management, and sleep hygiene. She is excited to become a member of the primary care team at Total Health Systems and is eager to work with her patients to improve both their health and their quality of life! 

In Sam’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always excited for a competitive board game or video game. She also enjoys baking, cooking, hiking, reading, gardening, and hunting for sea glass on the shores of Lake Huron. She looks forward to working together with her patients to help improve their overall livelihood and make every day of their life worth living!
