Individualized Personal Training Sessions

Start your fitness journey with a trainer by your side. Our sessions are available in one-on-one or group settings and are personalized to help you meet your health and fitness goals. We also provide comprehensive metabolic and body composition testing to further enhance training sessions.

Our Personal Training Programs

Total Health Systems provides personalized strength, stretching, functional training, sports, core, and rehabilitation/prehabilitation programs for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

To get started, we offer a free fitness consultation. During this time your health/fitness/medical history will be discussed along with any questions or concerns you may have. You and your trainer will set goals specific to you and lay out a plan to meet these goals. During your personal training sessions, your trainer will also monitor/track your results through body composition with our Inbody testing.

Strength Training

Learn more about progressive overload, muscular hypertrophy, and endurance in a safe environment. Our strength training programs incorporate free weights, TRX suspension trainers, pulleys, medicine and stability balls, barbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.


Stretching is essential for injury prevention and recovery. Our stretch programs include a combination of static and dynamic bodyweight stretches and equipment, including trigger point foam rollers and medicine balls.

Functional Training

Functional training helps prevent injuries by increasing mobility and flexibility. In a functional training program, you’ll use medicine balls, foam rollers, balance pads, and resistance bands to condition your body and train all major muscle groups.

Sports Training

This training program is designed for athletes of all levels. Our trainers can help you identify your strengths and potential areas of improvement and build a personalized plan to help you advance.

Core Training

Your core (stomach, hips, pelvis, and back) keeps you stable, so a strong core can help you prevent injuries and improve athletic performance. Core training is included in all our training programs.

Rehabilitation & Prehabilitation

Recover safely through our rehabilitation and prehabilitation programs. These sessions are designed to help you improve your range of motion, decrease pain, and heal.
