Whether you want to improve flexibility, lose weight, or increase muscle mass, Total Health Systems is here to help. We provide one-on-one personal training sessions and group FitRanx packages to help jumpstart your wellness journey.

Get personalized recommendations from an experienced fitness coach. We offer 55-minute beginner, intermediate, and advanced training sessions in one-on-one and group settings.

FitRanx will help motivate and inspire you to continue your fitness journey. FitRanx sessions are 30 minutes long and taught in small group settings (up to 6 people). Pick your own intensity with up the 3 times a week on packages ranging from 3-12 months.

The InBody Composition test is a non-invasive method to calculate the body’s total percentage of fat, muscle, and bone. We recommend taking this test before starting a personal training or FitRanx program.

Take the VO2 Test with CardioCoach to learn more about your maximum VO2, anaerobic threshold, target intensity zones, and more. The factors from this test can be used to customize a personal workout based on your fitness level.
