My name is Holly Overholser and I am a licensed massage therapist through the state of Michigan. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute. I have completed over 625 hours of curriculum in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. My main focus is Relaxation Swedish Massage I can incorporate different types of massage techniques to taylor to a client’s needs. Holly’s training in other modalities includes sport massage, trigger points, basic reflexology, myofacial release and energy work. I joined the Total health Team June 2014. I am a licensed massage therapist and I received my certification through Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Science.  I have completed over 600 hours of training in medical massage, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, physiotherapy, and therapeutic modalities.  I have also completed a clinical internship.  I have been certified since 2004.  My main focus is in relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage.  I have joined the team at Total Health Systems in 2013.

I graduated from Baker College in 2005 with an Associates of Applied Science and Certification of Massage Therapy. I completed over 1000 hours of supervised clinicals. Other training I had included Anatomy and Physiology, Proper Body Mechanics, Therapeutic, Orthopedic and Healing Massage. Yousseff Bujaidar, Certified Personal Trainer

Yousseff Bujaidar, graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science. During his stay at Grand Valley, Yousseff was involved with carrying out and assisting in various studies. One in particular was sponsored by Muscle Pharm and tested the effects of BCAA’s on muscle soreness and overall performance.

Yousseff’s passion for sports and athletic performance drives his determination to help athletes of all ages achieve a higher level of fitness, sport specific performance, and overall well-being. Yousseff continues to be a lifelong student, learning from peers in the field and scholarly journals, in hopes of being able to offer the best possible advice and training to clients.

Yousseff currently teaches FitRanx groups at our Washington and Clinton Township, and helps the Eisenhower High School Varsity football with their strength and conditioning program.

Sandy Vu-Lundgaard, Fitness Instructor

Sandy Lundgaard, Fitness Instructor, Total Health Systems

Sandy Lundgaard has been in the the fitness industry for over 25 years. In 1989 she started as a Group Fitness Instructor while attending College in Canada.

In 2001 Sandy transitioned to competing in Ms. Fitness Competitions. Being a National Competitor she has performed and has been a guest speaker for the body building and fitness industry. Since 2002 she has also worked for MMUSA supplements as a spokesperson.

Sandy has a background in various martial art which include Karate, Ju Jitsu, Kick Boxing, and Wushu. In 2011 she acquired her CoreBox Certification and starting teaching Cardio Kickbox at Total Health Systems.

When Total Health Systems introduced the FitRanX program in 2013. Sandy became FitRanX Certified. Sandy teaches the FitRanX groups mainly at our Chesterfield location. Sandy is known for pushing her athletes and being a stickler for perfect form.

Dr. Fiona Gallagher, DC

Dr. Fiona Gallagher grew up in Michigan. She graduated from Life University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Coaching and she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in June 2022. Dr. Gallagher followed in her grandfather, Dr. Laurence Gallagher and her great grandparent’s footsteps in becoming a chiropractor. She received her first chiropractic adjustment from her grandfather when she was just a day old. Dr. Fiona Gallagher is Webster certified for pregnant women and is also certified in activator technique. Dr. Gallagher spent her internship in a pediatric and prenatal chiropractic office in Atlanta, GA and has experience with this population. While in school, she also attended a mission trip to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. She plans on furthering her education on pediatrics, nutrition, and women’s health and wellness. She has a deep passion to help others live a natural and holistic lifestyle.  In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, spending time on the lake, and cooking plant-based meals. Dr. Gallagher is a Certified Functional Medicine Specialist through Functional Medicine University.
