How has Total Health Systems improved your health and/or your life? At 31 I had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. For two years prior I had tremendous inflammation, which took me about two hours each morning to get through the joint stiffness and the pain in my joints lasted all day, making it hard to move, let alone exercise. My Rheumatologist had me try multiple medicines and was now recommending I start injections. I was skeptical, as I am sure many would be, that a program like this would help my pain and inflammation, but my health was too important to not give it a try. It took about a month before I noticed a real difference, where I woke up and my joint stiffness was lessened. Each day the joint stiffness shortened and the pain throughout the day got better. The rings on my fingers and even my shoes felt looser due to the reduction in inflammation in my entire body. By the end of the twelve weeks, my inflammation went from being over two times higher than normal to normal (based on my blood work).
