Hip flexors stretch for this muscle right in front. Take one foot, put it out in front. And tuck your pelvis underneath and lean forward just a little bit. Doesn’t have to be real extreme, just a simple tuck and lean, and you’re going to feel a good stretch right in the front. If you want to make it more intense, go ahead and put your toe up behind you. And you’re going to hold that for 20 to 30 seconds.
