I am a licensed massage therapist and I received my certification through Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Science. I have completed over 600 hours of training in medical massage, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, physiotherapy, and therapeutic modalities. I have also completed a clinical internship. I have been certified since 2004. My main focus is in relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. I have joined the team at Total Health Systems in 2013.
