As many of you know we offer group personal training at Total Health Systems.

We use the FitRanX Fitness System. Each monthStephanie Nichols, Athlete of the Month, Sept, Total Health Systems we recognize one of our FitRanx Athletes. We hope to inspire you and show you that we have all fitness levels in our groups. Our trainers have the knowledge to personalize it for your current level. This month we recognize Stephanie Nichols. Stephanie works out at the Clinton Township location. Prior to doing FitRanx, Stephanie exercised very sporadically. Now is she is one of our most consistent athletes. Stephanie arrives 15 minutes before her session starts and performs a warm up routine that she finds works best for her, including the dreaded foam roller. Stephanie rarely misses, and if she must miss, she eagerly attends another session that week at another location if needed.

Stephanie enjoys the group atmosphere of FitRanx. Everyone encourages each other, and she likes the variety of exercises. Stephanie has earned her Level 1 ranking and is working towards earning her level 2 ranking.

In addition to participating in FitRanx Stephanie has also used our massage, physical therapy, and nutrition services. For the last two years, Stephanie has participated in the Let’s Move Festival with the Total Health Systems team.

Stephanie has two children, a 16 year old daughter and a 20 year old son. When she is not working out, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
