Current Calendar of Classes

TRX– Tues, 7-8pm, Clinton Township

This class will increase your power, balance, agility and overall strength. Suspended bodies can perform hundreds of exercises at varying levels of intensity. Each exercise works more than just one muscle at time, resulting in a workout that helps you lose weight, gain strength and endurance. This class is suitable for all levels.  Space is limited so you must call to schedule your classes. $15 per class or 6 sessions for $10 each . Must be paid $60 up front.


Tai Chi– Thurs, 1-1:45pm, Clinton Township

Gentle Sun-Style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and appropriate for all fitness levels. Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. Each class will include warm up and cool down exercise. 6 basic core exercises and 6 advanced extension movements.  You are welcome to attend any Tai Chi session offered. Each class builds on the next we encourage you to attend every week.  6 week sessions are $30.
