This 45 minute class will use gentle Sun-Style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and appropriate for all fitness levels. Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well being.
Each class will include warm up and cool down exercise. 6 basic core exercises and 6 advanced extension movements. Your certified instructor will offer direction changes to add challenges.
This class is $5/class and your Total Health Fit Pass can be used for this class. Please sign up at front desk at any location.
