Each year Total Health Systems sponsor’s the Let’s Move Festival of Races in Mt. Clemens. We also ask our patients and employees to represent THS in the race. This year the events will be on Saturday, April 27. There are a number of events to choose from. Take a look at the events below and decide which one you can see yourself training for and completing in. Imagine the feeling of accomplishment and pride you will have after you commit to the training and then cross that finish line with a great big smile!
Once you commit to an event and present Total Health Systems with your race registration, we will provide you with a training program for that event. You will be added to our team email list and get weekly emails with training tips, motivation and information on group training runs that we will host for our beloved team members.
Events include:
- 8:15 5k run
- 8:25 5k Wal
- 8:45 Half Marathon 1:59 or less and team relay
- 8:55 Half Marathon 2-4 hours
- 9:00 River Walk
- 11:00 Kid’s Festival
- 1:00 Children’s Last Mile Run
Sign up now! Training for the half marathon starts FEB 9. Training for the 5k run or walk starts March 16.
