Levator scapulae stretch. Take one hand, reach behind your back. Reach, reach, reach, reach down with the opposite hand. Gently turn and look at your arm pit. Feel good, stretch, gentle pressure on your head.  With this opposite hand. And you’re going feel a good stretch right here on the side of your neck. Gently release after 20 seconds. And switch. Looking down toward your armpit.
