“Nutritional approaches should focus on addressing reduced estrogen levels, controlling emotional complaints and adrenal support,” said Dr. Jennifer Hudson Feb. 11 at Total Health Systems in Chesterfield.
“A lot of people notice the memory loss, the foggy brain,” said Dr. Hudson, whose topic was “Menopause the Natural Way,” where she went into perimenopause, listed a plethora of menopause symptoms and talked about detoxes being good for the liver.
Dr. Hudson is a chiropractor at Total Health Systems in Washington, Mich., which is the same location where Dr. Joel Hessler gave a speech last week about trigger point therapy, repetitive motion and soft tissue injury.
