Gastrocnemius stretch. Using the wall, put both hands up on the wall. Take one leg back. Make sure that both toes are point forward and push that heel into the ground.  Real important, you want to keep both toes forward. A lot of people will try to turn one out to the side. Keep them both forward and feel a good stretch in the back of your calf.
