Dr. Rose Dubay received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She is a Michigan native and grew up in Mount Clemens. Dr. Rose Dubay received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2003 from Oakland University in Rochester. She then pursued her dream of becoming a chiropractor and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College in October of 2007.
During her clinical experience at Palmer, she was fortunate enough to provide care to people of all ages. Her future interests include furthering her knowledge in pediatric chiropractic and nutritional counseling. Dr. Rose believes that being a chiropractor enables her to fulfill her passion for serving others everyday. Dr. Rose is a Certified Functional Medicine Specialist through Functional Medicine University.
Aaron Lundgaard, DC, CCSP, CSCS, has been the Director of Clinical Services and Owner at Total Health Systems in Clinton Township, Chesterfield, St Clair Shores, Centerline, and Washington for the past 15 years.
Dr. Lundgaard graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, where he was an honors student and varsity football athlete. He continued his education at the National University of Health Sciences, receiving a second Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and professional degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. During his schooling, he received a fellowship in biochemistry, which included a position as part-time faculty to teach clinical biochemistry.
Dr. Lundgaard has also done numerous continuing education and special certification courses in his post-graduate studies. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This is a post graduate program for those specializing in sports medicine. He is currently the strength and conditioning coach and team chiropractor for the Utica Eisenhower high school football program.
In addition to instructing on strength and conditioning, he also practices what he preaches. He is a two time masters national champion and two time masters world champion in the sport of powerlifting; founding, coaching, and participating with the Double A Barbell Club in Chesterfield Twp., MI.
Alicia graduated from Michigan State University and went on to complete her Master’s Degree from Lincoln Memorial University Physician Assistant Program in 2020. Alicia began her career in urgent care where she realized the importance of preventative care, early intervention through nutrition, exercise, and nutrient supplementation. These components are key for a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of chronic disease. She is motivated and excited to pursue a career in primary care at Total Health Systems where she can incorporate functional/holistic medicine to promote overall wellness and help patients be the healthiest versions of themselves!
In her free time she loves to spend time with family and friends, she loves to play board games, she enjoys HIIT and weight lifting, and Up North at the lake is her favorite place to be. She looks forward to helping you by using a personalized approach to reach your individual health and wellness goals.
Elizabeth graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Physician Assistant Program in 2020. Since graduation, she’s worked in vaccination clinics and home health while pursuing her dream job in primary care. Before PA school, she worked as a Patient Care Associate in the ER but was always curious about a patient’s recovery after being discharged; this curiosity inspired her passion for primary care. Living with a chronic illness herself, Elizabeth knows how important living a healthy lifestyle is when managing your chronic illnesses. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to bake and enjoys yoga, rock climbing, and swimming. She is excited to be a part of Total Health Systems and helping you to achieve your personal health goals. Elizabeth is a Certified Functional Medicine Specialist through Functional Medicine University.
Anne graduated from the University of Toledo (UT) Physician Assistant Program in 2012. While at UT Anne was the President of the Student Association of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (SAAAPA). Since graduation she has worked in pediatrics at Lapeer Pediatrics and urgent care medicine at Macomb Prompt Care. Her urgent care and pediatric experience motivated Anne to pursue a career in primary care. Anne has completed two marathons and two half marathons since 2014. Personally seeing the benefits of exercise and promoting a healthy lifestyle makes it a great fit for her at Total Health Systems. She looks forward to helping patients achieve their personal goals and to improve quality of life at Total Health Systems. Anne is a Certified Functional Medicine Specialist through Functional Medicine University.
