We had our biggest group ever! Thank you to everyone that came out and then got your friends and family to come out as well!
We started with our kick off event on March 4 at our Clinton Township location. Athletes learned how to train for their event and learned a few exercise for mobility and strength.
We held training runs at each location from the end of March thru mid April, where the importance of a dynamic warm up was explained and some athletes learned how to the use the foam roller.
Once race week got here we held another seminar to go over what you needed to know to make race morning as stress free as possible.
This year Total Health had a booth at the expo! It was great to see so many of you at the expo on Friday. On Friday Dr. Bill lectured at the expo about how feet affect your performance.
On race morning our large group got the attention of Michigan Runner magazine. We are hoping to be able to share that interview with you.
We then all tried to make our group fit into one picture. What a great looking group!
As our athletes approached the finish we caught many of you on film and snapped a pic. Tag yourself on our Facebook page.
