Chris has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management through Spring Arbor University, where he played rugby and fell in love with strength training and bodybuilding. He also completed an internship as a trainer through Elite: Strength and Conditioning, in Jackson, MI, where he gained experience training athletes and training clients for functional movement. He has experience with TRX, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and other strength and resistance training equipment. Chris is currently working to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
Chris is very goal oriented with clients and enthusiastic about client progress. Chris works with clients both on an individual basis and in small groups. He loves working with those looking to get fit,that are new to fitness as well as though clients that are looking to take themselves to the next level. Chris tends to clients of all shapes and sizes, whom have a variety of backgrounds and goals. He is situationally aware, prepared, knowledgeable informed, and very personable.
In his spare time, Chris loves spending time with his wife and child. He is also a seasoned musician, and spends time playing guitar and writing music of his own. He loves sushi, hates Brussel sprouts, and he eats a lot of chicken breast.
