Stretching Program: Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15. Free for preventative
care patients who have a Total Health Pass. Learn how to implement
our stretching concepts into your daily routine!
Core Strengthening Classes: Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30pm.
$10 a class $80/8 week session. Identify and strengthen your
core muscles!
